OK now Opera is set up to work with the Expat Pass Proxy Server

Finally as you ask for a web page or reload (Ctrl+ R) an existing page a final window will open and

you will be asked to enter your Expat Pass Proxy Username and Password

Note you also have the Option to allow Opera to Remember the Password - That choice is yours
